Hotel guests can check-in any time after 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check out any time before 12:00 on the day of departure.

This pre-authorisation is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodations. The pre-authorisation hold can take up to 7 days to release backthe guest’s account.
We offer a range of parking options, including discounted parking at the Highcross Rooftop car park or the NCP car park, which is adjacent to the hotel. Please speak to reception upon arrival to validate your parking ticket. Payment is made directly to the car park.
