Additional car parking is available in the Resorts World Birmingham, S2 or E5 car parks. Guests should validate their ticket at reception, which will reduce the cost to GBP 10 for each overnight stay, and then pay at the car park machines provided throughout the resort.
The hotel’s bedrooms can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child on an extra bed. Forchildren above 12 but below 18 years of age travelling with parents, the hotel can offer an interconnecting room that is charged at the full rate.

The Genting Hotel will do its upmost to keep the spa open during hours as published, but it may be necessary for us to closeor elements for reasons such as cleaning, repairs or circumstances beyond our control.
